Hello, the hotel was supposed to send me the invoice by email. To date, I still haven't received anything. I've followed up with them twice.

Good location, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Key West. Very large property, with several buildings more or less close to the sea. The room is comfortable, but I found the air conditioning a bit noisy.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. You feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. A special highlight was the exceptional service from Alan and his fantastic team. They really did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was about individual requests, valuable insider tips for Key West or just friendly conversations - Alan and his team were always there with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail: from the perfect organization to small touches that make the difference - the service was simply first class. You can see that Alan and his team are involved with heart and passion, and that is reflected in the entire atmosphere of the resort. We can highly recommend the Southernmost Beach Resort - not only because of the fantastic location and luxurious facilities, but above all because of the exceptional service that makes every stay an unforgettable experience. The worst hotel in the whole journey is 2700 yuan a night, what a shabby one, the pictures are beautiful, the introduction is very good, but, but, staying in this hotel at this price is simply crazy, this hotel is worth 1300-1500 RMB at most, it is completely a motel The structure and configuration, the furniture and decoration have been updated after repainting, but there is no elevator, and there is basically no service. What is the drink when you check in is that you can get a glass of lemonade in the lobby. The hotel is composed of a bunch of small second floors nearby, and some rooms are near the sea. Still have to walk a short distance and need to cross the road. All in all no different from the motel I stayed in except a little newer.
